I do try my best, my still I am not familiar with new job, and most important ......i feel sooooooo tired during the entire february (is it because of the spring? )
and no need to say, my boss question my working abilities today.... my friends keep telling me that i'm still a freshman , but...i just feel so much guilty because my lazy performance ... and i'm sooooo afraid of getting fired... can anyone tell me what should i do now...?

There's not a lot of very sensible advice that I can give- but I'd say to just get more sleep. Sleep is very good for you Try asking people how to do it. Looking like an idiot initially so that you can completely understand how to do your job is better than pretending you know but slowly going downhill. And listen to your friends- you're still a freshman, and you've got your whole future ahead of you. So my advice is- don't let it get you down. There will always be rough spots in your life, and you're not alone in having seen days like that. It's in hard times like these that you've got to get back on your feet, and go for it again. Instead of trying to break your limit, try to expand it. You might keep feeling tired, you might keep failing, and you might get fired- not saying you will, in fact, I hope most dearly that you don't- but instead of getting depressed over it, throw yourself back into your life and make something out of whatever you have.

thx mate~ I'm sure you are right. I should listen and ask, instead of pretending...(how nice you can guess i try pretending ^^)that's what a freshman should do right? but for the part of sleep......that would be a big problem...you know... after a full day working, the only few hours you can do whatever you want is so rare......(also the sleeping time...)seems i need to make a balance out of it...

Haha, don't worry, I've flunked my way through life many a time. I am an experienced flunker- but that's not necessarily a good thing. Don't do it As for sleep, you're right, you need to balance things out. But always know what your priorities are- your work, your rest, your play. All of them are good for you. Your work gets you places, and gets you an income. Your rest allows you to both play and work better. Your play lets you kick back, gives you a little break from the stress of work, a bit of refreshment. Make sure you know which one you need most at which time, then your life will be full-course ahead, dude.
